Mark Mehaffey
Mark Mehaffey lives in northwest Michigan right on the coast of Lake Michigan. He started painting when he was 10 years old so he has 60 years of painting experience. He draws inspiration from where he lives. He is within a few minutes drive of rivers, lakes, huge sand dunes, Lake Michigan, inland streams, and walking trails in deep woods. He also enjoys internal idea based, non-objective work. The split between these two processes is what keeps him engaged.
